As the eyes and ears hand selected to service our clients, we are looking for the best of the best Freelance and Independent Contractors to join our team of Call Center Professionals and Virtual Business Managers! We expect our team members to be ready and waiting at the front-line to efficiently handle any customer inquiries that come their way, all the while finding new innovative ways to resolve any unexpected client issues!


Virtual (Remote) Opportunities

From the comfort of your own home, you will have the chance to select any one (or two) of the Fortune 500 companies we service on the Arise Platform and interact with people from all walks of life, truly, no two calls will be the same.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle all our Client’s customer inquiries via client systems

  • Provide superior customer service through active listening

  • Trustworthy to work with confidential customer information

  • Appropriately communicate/interact with customers

  • Strive for First Call Resolution

What We're Looking for

  • Minimum 18 years of age

  • Personal Laptop/Desktop *must meet minimum systems requirements/successfully pass pc check

  • High Speed Internet with Ethernet connection *required

  • Non Cellular Phone service *required for select clients (Spectrum/ATT voice ok)

  • Ability to pass background and/or Drug Test *required for select clients only

  • Available to work minimum of 7.5hrs or 15hrs per week  *required for select clients

  • Adherence Commitment (Can you be available for the daily schedule you sign up for?)

  • Knowledge of Windows/MAC operating systems

  • Type a minimum of 25 wpm

  • Capable of both understanding as well as meeting Call Center metrics

What We Prefer

  • Minimum 1-year of face-to-face or call center customer service experience

  • Consistent/Stable Work history

  • Excellent Oral & Written communication skills

  • Superior Call Center Persona (Can we hear that smile through the phone?)

  • Self-Starter (Gotta motivate to generate!)

  • Vocal (if you encounter a systems issue we want to hear from you)
